The complicated version of the TOGE is a “tape race”, where one hand of the driver is tied to the steering wheel.

After that, Chivchyan decided to organize the drift competitions in order to attract more people to this sport. Together with Arkady Tsaregradtsev - the director of the Red Ring race track, they began to hold competitions.

Initially, George was a judge of the competition, since in Krasnoyarsk at that time no one could compete with him, after the drift level of the Krasnoyarsk pilots increased significantly, he began to take part as an athlete. After a year, George realized that he had to focus on a drift and left the ring racing. Initially, the attitude of relatives towards enthusiasm for drift was not entirely clear-they doubted whether he needed it, but then they humbled themselves and realized that he could no longer tear him off.

From the year, when the level of Krasnoyarsk drifters increased, drift competitions in Krasnoyarsk have gained a new look and began to be held on the new Red Ring racing highway. From the very first stages, and still, in any competition, George is considered one of the main favorites. Since then, “Gocha” has been considered the strongest drift in Russia that he proves throughout his career not only in Siberia, but also in the western part of Russia.In the year, the first trip to the west of Russia took place to participate in the RDS West competition, but George managed to take part only in 2 stages, unfortunately, because of a little different styles, he could not take prizes, also complicated the adaptation that he came from his region, the rest began to be pulled after-Arkady Tsaregrad, Dmitry Yermokhin, Evgeny Losev, Damiri, Damir Idiyatulin.

But since the year, Goch began to show everyone that he was the strongest drift in Russia and the more he traveled, the higher his place in the general ranking. Since then, George has been trying every year to go to the final races to the country of the founders of the drift.
