Usually these are dry lines for a personal file in the personnel department, but after all, they have a whole life: dreams, mistakes, achievements ... About childhood about childhood - childhood passed in a small town - Sosnovoborsk of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The father in the seventies, in fact, built this city from scratch, which arose as a village for employees of the Krasnoyarsk plant of automobile and tractor trailers.

Only having matured, I realized how right he was - you should always try to cope with the difficulties that have arisen, only in extreme cases to ask for help.

From the age of 7 he got on skates, was seriously fond of hockey with a puck, together with his friends in the three that he was engaged in the sd, he came to the field of view of the coaches, fulfilled the standard of the candidate for master of sports, constantly played for the national team. The time was not easy then: national conflicts, centrifugal sentiments in the republics, the country slowly broke up ... We, young boys, had to engage in a constitutional order. Since then I have not played cards at all. But this case to some extent changed my life: it was necessary to return the money, and somehow move forward. He went into trade, like everyone else. Together with his brother Maxim, they began to master the fish business - the market was free, state -owned enterprises were experiencing not the best times.

Party work brought to the legislative power: in the year he became a member of the Federation Council, C - elected to the State Duma, where he worked for three terms: he graduated from the deputy chairman and the head of the faction. At the same time, he led the Central Executive Committee of United Russia - it was an important stage in the formation and modernization of the party, when it helped to collect the country, consolidate the elites.

He oversaw the projects “Kindergartens-Children” and the construction of physical education and health complexes-one of the key topics of the social agenda then. It so happened that my life is inextricably linked with the suburbs. The military service began here, then, when in the mid -nineties he moved closer to his parents, he also settled in the Moscow region: here is a house, family, children grow.

The president entrusted me with the head of the region. Our team is working for people to live comfortably. To do this, you have to solve different problems. Somewhere these are perinatal centers, tracks and crossings, and somewhere, ordinary pedestrian paths, a qualitatively renovated entrance and a cozy courtyard. Achievements are not only large -scale projects, we strive for each person to feel changes for the better.

We actively use feedback, it allows you to understand what exactly people expect from us. Actually, the result is plus constant feedback - this is a recipe for leadership. I believe that everyone is obliged to try to take their maximum height.
