Conference Participants Biography
The version of the site for the visually impaired the participants of the international scientific conference “Phenomenon of M. Lermontov” shared thoughts on the personality and work of the poet on October 23 - 25 on the basis of Moscow State University, the international scientific conference “M. Lermontov”, dedicated to the years of the poet's birthday. As its organizers were Moscow State University.
Lomonosov and the State Lermontov Museum-Reserve Tarkhany. Within the framework of the event, reports were presented that affected a variety of faces of studying the life and work of the great Russian genius. According to the results of the conference, a collection of materials will be published, which will be interesting not only to Lermontoveda, but to everyone who is dear to Russian culture and its heritage.
It seemed to us important not only to share the impressions of the organizers about the event, but also to ask a few questions to its participants, to hear their opinion on key issues related to the phenomenon of M. Pre-preceding the issues asked to the participants, the event was commented on by the deputy director of the Tarhana museum in science V. Kommersant: I believe that the conference has been a success and has become a significant event worthy of the anniversary for M.
Lermontov and the Tarkhan of the year. This is confirmed by objective indicators. Firstly, I note its wide geographical coverage. Separately, we should thank our dear guests from the Chinese People’s Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Secondly, the representative composition of the participants. Every second is the owner of a scientific degree, among the speakers - 10 doctors and 18 candidates of sciences.
These are university teachers, specialists of educational and culture institutions, activists of public organizations involved in the study and preservation of the Lermontovsky heritage. Look only at the abbreviations of institutions that delegated their representatives: Moscow State University. Herzen and others. Employees of all Lermontov museums of the country, the leaders of the Moscow Lermontov society, descendants of the Lermontov dynasty presented their reports.
Researchers from the State Museum of the History of Russian Literature named after V. Dahl, the State Museum of the Isaacievsky Cathedral came to the conference. It is especially pleasant to note the participation of our countrymen from the Penza Regional Library. Lermontov, Penza State University, the State Museum of the Estate V. Scientific collaboration with Moscow State University gave us the opportunity to reach a new audience for us and get an excellent site for the event.
I would like to express the words of sincere gratitude to colleagues from Moscow State University, who, on their own initiative, who took on the decision of many complex organizational and administrative issues. We acted together, the museum and university, step by step through all the stages of preparing the event. They formed an organizing committee and the program, conducted a continuous dialogue with participants, worked with applications, and in line - the publication of the collection of materials of the conference.
The publication should turn out to be solid and in demand by Lermontovs. The subjective side of the issue is no less important. Why are conferences at all, in a broad sense? This is not only a full -time platform for the exchange of research results. This is a meeting of like -minded people; A holiday for specialists with perhaps different views on individual scientific problems, but feeling their belonging to the community of enthusiasts, in this case, to Lermontovsky.
Here everyone is important, and here everyone is equal; No one puts himself above the rest. Here they do not refuse anyone - neither a student, nor a graduate student, nor an independent researcher. The main thing is that his work corresponds to the topic and the installed bar of quality. Therefore, the worst thing that can happen to the organizer is when experts refuse to participate in the event: “No, I will no longer go to Ivanov.” This is a failure, a reputation disaster, and not only for Ivanov himself, but, first of all, for the institution on whose behalf he acts.
And on the contrary, if people come here, if the conference is accompanied by living dialogues and disputes, as it was in our case, it means that this event was successful. I will also add that personal acquaintances are of great importance for organizing any conference. Now I have appeared for me, then it will be easier for me, as a deputy director for science.
This area of work will necessarily receive its development - already next year. As part of the continuation of the development of the topics indicated at the conference, we asked its participants to share thoughts on several issues. Yukhnova: The phenomenon of Lermontov, in my opinion, consists in the fact that he was formed early, soon realized why he came to the world, what he had to say to people - and managed to say it.
His phenomenon lies in the fact that he was not afraid of his uniqueness. Palaceio in his incomprehensibility. For me, this is the most attractive in the work and fate of Mikhail Yuryevich. It is from incomprehensibility that those plot lines, lyrical heroes, images, events that we meet in poetry, prose and dramaturgy of our genius come from. And the same incomprehensibility dominates his personal history, filled with “white spots” and at the same time moving by certain higher powers and own intentions of Lermontov, which cannot be explained.
We, those who love, are inspired by Mikhail Yuryevich, devoted to him, reflects on him and explores him, we can only try to get closer to the comprehending of his supra -worldly riddle, his message to the world. Sosnina, in my opinion, M. Lermontov managed to do two absolutely phenomenal things: firstly, he stood at the origins of the creation of the Russian modern language.
Indeed, according to the composition of speech means and according to the principles of their use, Lermontov’s language is closer to the modern literary language than the language of Pushkin, which is characterized by the use of some archaisms and old stylistic traditions. Lermontov’s language is a modern Russian literary language with all the wealth of its forms and styles.
Secondly, he combined in his work the two main directions of the poetry of his time: “a school of harmonious accuracy” and the so-called “poetry of thought”. Today we look at Lermontov’s language as a key to solving language changes in general. Kiseleva: Lermontov’s phenomenon consists in his spiritual prophetic gift, which is not so much the foresight of the future as the disclosure of the true meaning, accomplished and accomplishing, representing all events and phenomena in the light of eternity.
Boyko: The unusually early appearance of great talent, along with the manifestation of the gift of foresight. Sakharov: Very early development - to write at 14 - 15 such philosophical works! The versatility of talent, and not just at the level of giftedness, but much deeper: literature, painting, music, mathematics ... Yes, of course, I agree with Svetlana Andreevna Boyko - the gift of the prophecy of the “all -see of the prophet”.
Murashov: Every large writer belongs to eternity - his life and creativity are interested in not only contemporaries, but also those who live after him. Each era in its own way explains the phenomenon of the writer. The understanding of M. Lermontov during his lifetime was one, after death-another: from Pushkin’s heir to the poet warrior. Of course, the ideology of the state play a large role - it forms the mainstream - and the system of values of the person who discusses Lermontov.
The poet in his work spoke of important problems of human being. They have not gone anywhere - this is the similarity of all large writers. Therefore, along with the Great Lev Tolstoy, Fedor Dostoevsky, Mikhail Lermontov is the wizard of the word, the favorite of the gods: the one whose works are the mirror of our "I". Shaulov: The exceptional intensity of creative development and the ability to foresee the ways of developing Russian literature and culture.
Thanks to the last quality, the potential of his creative heritage is still not exhausted. Potashova: Lermontov’s phenomenon consists in his gift of comprehension of the “history of the human soul”, in the ability to feel the depth of personality in its tragic correlation with time and society. Sukhov: In my opinion, the phenomenon of M. Lermontov is that his work gains particular relevance and modern sound in the most tragic periods of Russian history.
In this regard, even the dates of birth and the death of the poet themselves gain a symbolic meaning. Lukyanovich: He was a mystery not only for the poet’s contemporaries, but also for all subsequent generations of Russian people. Many of our great writers and cultural figures, such as L. Tolstoy, F. Dostoevsky, D. Andreev and others, emphasized the exclusive talent of Lermontov, his genius, which clearly did not correspond to his age.
A priori assumed that such works that Mikhail Yuryevich created could get out of the pen of a person who were wise with life experience, but not a young poet who ended his life path in incomplete 27 years. Read more ... - What face of the poet’s personality is closest to you? Yukhnova: Her complexity. Lermontov lives in non -Euclidean geometry. Heaven, Universe, Cosmos always open to him.
His gaze is directed deep into himself and in the big world and the universe at the same time. He manages to feel himself in several times historical and ontological at the same time. Even if his work grows from a particular event, it is always more than this event. And the second quality of the second line is its human science. All contemporaries write about the view of Lermontov, who instantly penetrated into the soul and understood it all.
And it is important that Lermontov gave us a language for introspection, taught us a sensation, movement of the soul, emotion to fix and express in words. Palassio: An extremely difficult question ... Lermontov can either be loved in all the versatility of his universe, or to be indifferent to him or rather, not to understand him. Nevertheless, if you place accents, then I would allocate two points. The first: I admit that with all the high feelings for his poetry I am especially occupied by the “hero of our time”, namely the gift of the author to create an amazingly clear, bright one, I would say - a total portrait of a contemporary - this is a contemporary for both the XIX century society and for society at the beginning of the XXI century.
The second is the ongoing confrontation on the life and creative path of Mikhail Yuryevich between the bright and dark forces, between the images of the “Angel” and “Demon”, which arise by no means in the same poem and poem, but also in most creations of the poet. This Borba dialogue, which is the most ambiguous, delicate and, say, unsafe for the researcher, the poet’s mystical personality, has not been ended with his death and continues in lines that we love.
Sosnina: “Look for me in what I am writing”-this phrase belonging to St. Exupery, just suitable for characterizing the personality of M. But the lines from the journal article by the writer A. Druzhinin, highly appreciated Lermontov’s poetry: “proudly, bashfully and noblely made his short path among the figures of Russian literature.” Druzhinin wrote this article on the year on the basis of the stories of people who personally knew the poet.
