Biography of Maria Gromova

Born on August 10 in Zvenigorodsky now - the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region in a peasant family. She graduated from seven classes of secondary school. From the year she worked on collective farms in the Moscow region. In the years - a milkmaid milkmaid, from the year - the Kommunarka Stateistry in the village of Kommunarka of the Leninsky district of the Moscow region now - as part of the Sosensky settlement of the Novomoskovsky Administrative District of the city of Moscow.

In the year she joined the CPSU. In the year, instead of 35 cows of Gromov and other milkmaids on the farm began to serve 60 goals. At the same time, the organization of labor changed and improved. Only one operation was the duty of milkmaids - milking of cows. Feeding and cleaning animals, washing of milk dishes, other people began to clean the premises. In the year, the total milk yield was compiled by M.

Thunder tons. For a significant increase in gross production of high -quality livestock products based on the use of progressive technology in the year, the USSR State Prize was awarded in the year. By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated February 10, for outstanding successes achieved in the All -Union Socialist Competition, and the labor valor shown in the early fulfillment of the tasks of the ninth five -year plan and the obligations to increase the production and sale of livestock products of Gromova Maria Sergeyevna were awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the presentation of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Medals "Sickle and Hammer." From the year - a personal pensioner of allied significance.

I lived in the village of Kommunarka. She died on May 13. He was buried in Moscow at the Prosshinsky cemetery. She was awarded Lenin’s orders from the book: Visknovsky Territory from ancient times to the present day: Essays on history. The dinner milking went measuredly and calmly. On the farm it was clean and in a special way fresh from the tarry sawdust, which were generously strewn with animal stalls.

In the air stood a juicy savory smell from the filled feeder of the heels. Only the clicking pulsators of milking devices broken the silence, and this forced to capture the intense rhythm of the usual work. Maria Sergeevna loved when nothing interfered with the work. One after another, she cooked cows for milking and rearranged milking devices in turn, which is why an endless white river flowed in the milk pipeline each time with powerful tremors.

Yes, not just devices - combines. Here are some things. Without counting on a long conversation, Claudia Vasilievna hurried to her group. For the observance of technology on the farms, the Kommunarka was asked strictly, and therefore during the milking no extraneous affairs. Maria Sergeevna Gromova, rearranging a bucket with warm water and preparing the cows for milking, attached milking devices on some animals and removed from others.

Hands did their usual thing as mechanically. And only a closer look, one could notice that she had his own approach: somewhere more carefully, he would look at the milk, passing the first streams, somewhere a little longer the device, making a mechanical gimp, and then look into the feeding trough, concerned with the indifferent look of the animal: “Ah, you are my good, my clever.” And everything came out of her okay, carefully, as if she had been doing this all her life.

However, so it was: Maria got used to the care of the Burenks since childhood. She was born in the village, which is not far from Kommunarka. So the entire peasant "Academy" went - and I had to work in the field, and I was not afraid of difficulties in the cattle yard. He remembers when she came to the Konkovo farm, there they still handed the cows manually. Put the group into the cows - and you don’t feel your hands.

Then she entered the farm of the central branch of the Kommunark Stateistressaurus, however, everything was different. Mechanical milking, water supply with drinkers in stalls, manure. Working conditions are good, although you can’t call the work of livestock breeders itself. The status of the tribe obliged the farm to conduct livestock in a scientific manner, using advanced techniques and technologies.

The high level of tribal work also presented their requirements for livestock breeders. All this ultimately determined the high culture of local production, the skill of livestock breeders, the class of specialists. And the production and economic indicators of Kommunarka made the farm noticeable among the agricultural enterprises of the Moscow Region, which, by the beginning of the seventies, became one of the leading regions of dairy production in the country.

“Kommunarka” also enjoyed special authority in the Leninsky district, being the largest economy both in the area of land and the livestock of dairy cattle. The news of the appearance of a new milking combine in the "Kommunarka" circled the entire economy. The novelty was unusual. The milking combine "Mayak" is designed to milk four cows at once, and therefore was a container for milk with four devices.

The combine with a container of almost liters was moved on wheels along the group of cows, and the lifted milk was immediately cooled. Special counters made it possible that it is very important in the conditions of the tribal farm to carry out control milking. But the most important “Mayak” sharply raised the labor productivity of milkmaids, although this was not easy. I had to learn to work with four devices.

This, perhaps, was the main difficulty, ”Maria Sergeevna later said.

Biography of Maria Gromova

To prepare the udder - massage, sanitary processing, connecting the device - it takes much less time. Where to save the necessary seconds? Due to their dexterity or, as experts say, by increasing labor intensity. ” The introduction of a new milking technology made it possible to increase the load on milkmaids. Instead of 35 cows, Maria Sergeevna Gromova and her friends on the farm began to serve 60 goals in the year.

Of course, there was an economic calculation. With increasing labor productivity, the costs of production of products are reduced, its cost is reduced, and economic efficiency is growing. The social aspect of innovation was no less important. The new milking apparatus not only increased labor productivity, but did the work of milking a qualified one, raising the prestige of the profession.

Yesterday's milkmaid, mastering a modern machine, acquiring technical and zootechnical knowledge, was rightfully called a master of machine milking. And people tried. Maria Sergeevna did not create any special conditions - the same cows, the same feed, but when summing up the results, she turned out to be ahead of her friends. Here you do not have to be a big specialist to understand: with the same number of animals in the Valovka group, it determines the productivity of a single cow.

And here on the milkmaid, much depends on her hands. That Maria would not regret his hands for the expansion of cows, they knew on the farm. Nevertheless, the result in a year became unexpected. The gross milk yield of the group M. Gromova was equal to tons of milk. He turned out to be the highest in the Moscow region and was called a record. And for the livestock breeders of the farm, for all employees of the "communal", such a figure meant a lot of work.

Behind her stood a clear organization of the case, a strong feed base, and long -term tribal work. And the success of Gromova was not single. Her friends on the farm Clauddia Vasilievna Denisova and Zoya Andreevna Protasina were not far behind much, having only fed by 14 and 28 tons of milk less. This meant that many people can achieve high labor in animal husbandry with a competent organization of labor and ensuring good working conditions.

Each year, the cows of milkmaids in the group became larger - 60.70, grew and total milk yield. In the year, he composed at M. at that time such a “gross” was indeed a big labor achievement. Maria Sergeevna was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor. At this time, animals were assigned to her. As a result, the entire number of the farm, where there used to be six milkmaids, began to serve two in the group of K..

Girlfriends worked on equal terms. K. K. still the first always remained Maria Sergeevna - fast, dexterous, swift in work. And her friendly smile and sociability was appreciated by journalists of different newspapers and magazines. Portraits of Thunder and publications about her appeared in many print media. Guests from all areas of the Moscow Region and regions of the country were frequent on the farm.

Everyone wanted to see and listen to the famous milkmaid in order to repeat her success. But more often than all by the skill of Maria Sergeyevna Gromova, the newspaper Leninsky, the Leninsky district, wrote. Based on the materials of Leninza, it is easy to trace how the skill of milkmaids grew, how the movement for high labor productivity and the culture of production in animal husbandry were expanding in our farms.

It swept the farms of the Leninsky district. Competition, exchange of experience, seminars - everything was reflected in the newspaper, and the heading “for tons of milk a year” became one of the main ones in the years. It was during these years that dairy farming of the Leninsky district received its highest development. And the names of such masters of machine milking as N.
