The biography is scared

Batman: The Animated Series [edit] in some episodes of scarecrow is the main or secondary antagonist. His biography in this universe is the classic-young and talented psychiatrist was unfair as it seemed to him to be dismissed by the University’s Council and he decided to take revenge, and at the same time empty the bank or two. Crane's plans were prevented by Batman, who hid the villain in prison, because of which the scarecrow had a new idea-fixer-to deal with the Dark Knight.

The character is noteworthy in that most often the rest of the antagonists changed the design. In the first season, the scarecrow costume resembles an ordinary garden stuffed animal, in the second, too, but his mask had hair from straw, and the shirt became red. Finally, in the third season, Crane changed dramatically - he rang out in his shoulders, his clothes, hat and hair became completely black, a fragment of the loop dangled on his neck, and his face began to resemble the zombie muzzle.

Also, unlike the previous seasons, where the true appearance of Crane is skinny, lop -eared and red -haired guy was shown several times, in the third season he never removes the costume. Paul Dini, one of the creators of the show, said that they themselves were not sure whether this costume or scarecrow turned into a monster, as some fans suspect. In addition, in this series, the scarecrow appeared a bosom friend - another villain manipulating the human mind, Jervis "Mad Hatter" Aunt.

In several episodes, they can be seen together in the Arkham hospital. The local embodiment of scarecrow is a successful psychopharmacologist, chief administrator of Arkham, long bought by the local mafia. If one of the subordinates of the criminal cones was in the hands of the police, Crane examined him, after which he stated with all confidence that the patient was insane and could not be responsible for his actions before the court.

He also secretly developed a hallucinogenic gas and a special baggage convertible mask, which not only protected Crane himself from the influence of toxin, but also more frightened the poisoned victim. Crane, despite the defeat and exposure of his dark divisions, was able to escape from Gotham at the end of the film. In the second part, the scarecrow turned into a drug lord.

At the beginning of the film, he planned to launch a major deal, which he defeated the raid of woe-vigilants who pretend to be Batman. Then a real Batman appeared and tied Crane along with his accomplices. In the third film, scarecrow, along with other villains, liberates Bane, and the former psychiatrist becomes the “chief judge” of Gotham. Those who tried to spit on the porridge of Bane and his people, scaredly gave a choice between death and exile.

The biography is scared

If anything, then “exile” was meant an attempt to cross the river covered with thin ice, separating Gotham from the rest of the world, with a huge risk to fall under the ice and drown. This bench was covered by the returning Batman, who turned out with Bane, and the scarecrow and other bandits again were behind bars. When the clown captured the island, he released Crane along with other villains and scared decided to get even with Batman.

In total, the dark knight will have to encounter a crazy psychiatrist three times and all three times he will poison the hero “phobos”, plunging him into nightmares. For the first time, Batman sees the dead bodies of Gordon and his parents, and the latter tell him that they are disappointed with his son. In the second - the evening recalls when Thomas and Marta Wayne were killed and how he was comforted by the young Gordon.

And finally, for the third time, Batman will give up, as Joker catches him, delivers him in a hospital captured by criminals and kills. In all three cases, the dark knight after that will be in a surrealistic space resembling a huge whirlwind, in the center of which there is a giant scarecrow. To dispel the obsession, you need to get to the back signal and direct the beam of light to the Crane.

After the third failed attempt to break Batman, the scarecrow will run into the sewer in order to pour poison into the water, but suddenly the Krok killer appears and the Crane is enough to gobble up. The villain saves Batman, but Krok still drags the scarecrow under the water. In the final of the game, you can see the scene after the credits: the scarecrow's hand rises from the water and takes the last remaining container with the Titan in other versions of this scene, the container falls into the hands of Bane or in the clutches of Krok.

In the second game, “Arkham City” does not appear, but the player can find his mask on a pile of straw and surrounded by a Voronya. Most of the prisoners believe that Crane was eaten with crocus, but some assure that they saw how scarecrow sailed into the sea, catching on the canister with Titan. You can also find his secret laboratory and catch an unknown signal. If you decipher it, Crane will menacingly warn that he will return and take revenge.

In the third game “Arkham Origins”, which is a prequel to the two previous parts, the scarecrow will also not appear. However, in the Blackheate prison you can find an announcement that the prison psychiatrist Crane is looking for volunteers for some experiments. In fact, Jonathan tested his hallucinogenic gas on criminals, and when it was revealed, he was fired with a bang, after which he decided to take revenge and thus embarked on the path of the villain.

In the fourth and last game, Arkham Knight, the scarecrow returns on the rights of the main antagonist. It turned out that he was brutally crippled with a crocus-the mutant broke his leg, because of which Crane had to wear a bracket, and a sparkled face. Despite medical care, the villain lost his nose, most of his teeth, blind on one eye and his face began to resemble a terrible mask.

Nevertheless, the scarecrow improved his gas, gathered an army of mercenaries and secured the support of the mysterious knight of Arkham. Returning to Gotham, he also gathered under his beginning to the two -faced, Penguin and Harley Quinn, and the ivy refused to cooperate in the Chinese quarter. Crane on the air took off the mask from Batman, opening the world that Bruce Wayne was hiding under the face of the hero, after which he introduces him toxin.

Batman's biggest fear was that Joker's personality lushing in his body would prevail. And so it happens, but the clown angered the scarecrow, and he introduces the second dose, thereby causing the fear of Joker himself - to be devoted to oblivion. Using this, Batman finally wins the Joker, after which he is released with Jason and introduces Krene his own toxin of fear. As a result, the scarecrow begins to see a demonic figure, reminiscent of Batman surrounded by a flock of bats, goes crazy with horror and is behind bars.

In this version, the gas of fear was created not by Jonathan himself, but by his father, Gerald Crane. He experienced poison in public and did not even regret his own son. Although Gordon and Bullka managed to save the life of the boy and finish Jerald, the psyche of the child was done irreparable harm and he began to see his greatest nightmare - a living and terrible scarecrow.

In the fourth season, a group of criminals frees a grown Crane from the hospital so that he can recreate the poison of his father, on which the leader of the gang had big plans. This made Jonathan finally accept his fears and Crane turns into a new supervision, calling himself a scarecrow. First of all, he poisons the leader of the same gang, after which it becomes the next enemy of Gordon.

Batman vs. Crane turns into an anthropomorphic crow and in this form confronts Batman and Leonardo. The scarecrow infects the older turtle with his toxin and Leo sees his most terrible nightmare - dead brothers. Batman, repeatedly collided with poisoning scarecrow, helps Leonardo recover, after which they defeat the villain together. Later, Batgers and Donatello create an antidote, returning to Crane and other criminals the human appearance.
