Awarding the award is a high assessment of the work of the head, and at the same time it is a sign of trust from the banking community.

For significant achievements in the field of management, the laureates of the Public Prize “Manager of the Year in the Banking Sphere” are awarded with a diploma and memorable prize “Piggynsome car”. The prize was made on the basis of a genuine automatic piggy bank of the 19th century - the prototype of the first banking safe from the collection of L. Lifland, director of the Museum of History of Money, Securities and Banking.In the anniversary year, the Organizing Committee also established a special award “The Golden Fund” of the contest “Manager of the Year in the Banking Sphere”.

The Golden Fund included banks who took part in the competition and demonstrating high business and professional qualities in different years, and the banks led by them, despite difficult economic conditions, continue to work successfully and achieve significant results.

According to the results of the jury, the 4th nominees were awarded the Golden Fund awards of the contest “Manager of the Year in the Banking Sphere”, 8 managers in 7 nominations, as well as 27 managers from 4 banks, were recognized in the Nomination “Team of the Year”.
