Soon the composition of the group began to change: the team was left by Sergey Avanesov, and then other participants. Vocalists Nargiz Baykhanov and Larisa Kandalov also joined the ensemble, which enriched the musical palette of the group.

Over time, the group began to lose its participants. Rustam Ilyasov, who gave the ensemble for 15 years, emigrated to the United States and took up a solo career. In the years, the team left the vocalists. Gradually, from the large ensemble "Yalla" was transformed into a quartet, which retained the stable composition until today. Creativity in the albums of the Yalla ensemble began its musical career with the performance of popular Soviet songs, but soon focused on creating its own repertoire inspired by Uzbek national motives.

The first compositions of the team recorded at the Melody studios, such as Yallama Yarim and Kiz Bola, combined the sound of traditional instruments, such as Doyra and Rebab, with modern synthesizers and electrihitars. The group performed in Vietnam, Turkey, Switzerland, Sri Lanka and many other countries, representing a unique Uzbek culture. At one of the concerts in Afghanistan, the musicians were under fire, but continued the performance, for which the Najibullah president were awarded.

In foreign tour, the ensemble performed songs in the language of the local audience, including the famous “Uchkuduk”, which was translated into dozens of languages. In the year, the group released the album "Falact Feul-Afioli", which included Russian and Uzbek compositions. This release was the last vinyl work of the team. Thanks to its significant contribution to the Soviet musical culture, Yalla retains the status of a legendary team. In July, the ensemble participants spoke at a retro show in Moscow, where popular Russian and foreign artists gathered. At this event, the group performed its main hits, such as “Uchkuduk”, “Blue Domes of Samarkand”, “Song of Nas Main” and others, causing nostalgic emotions among the listeners.

In the year, the ensemble planned to continue a series of concerts, including the participation of stars of the 10ths, as well as performances at other sites.
