The rest of the Voronezh residents will be able to get to the dam from the side of the Chernavsky bridge and leave their vehicle there in a specially designated territory.

Such a restriction is explained by the creation of a boulevard on the dam, which will consist of a pedestrian area about 4.5 meters wide and a zone for cyclists. Along it, shops and lanterns will be located according to the type of those installed on Sovetskaya Square, as well as the sites for relaxation with children. The zone will also be equipped with lanterns and benches for a cozy wire of time, ”added Vladimir Kadurin.

For pedestrians, there will be practically no restrictions on movement. It will not be possible to get only into the territory of the sports school. Around it will be installed a hedge, possibly transparent, in connection with the requirements for anti -terrorist security. The physical education department explains that this is a necessary and temporary measure. It was introduced in order to comply with safety during construction work.
