We will dwell only on those of them that very little or nothing is known about, but the memory of which is stored in inaccessible sources or in the wors of the souls of witnesses of their pious feats.

We want to start our narrative with the biography of the well -known Blessed Pyotr Andreevich Sazonov, known in the early 19th century. In his youth, he was serving in the army, and when in mature years in the rank of lieutenant, he resigned, he decided to devote himself to serving God. Only the path he had chosen was not entirely common - it was the path of the foolishness of Christ for the sake.
